Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ViralBlox ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use ViralBlox. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Users register as either a Creator or a Developer (Studio). You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. ViralBlox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
4. Creator Obligations
Creators agree to: (a) submit only original content or content they have the right to distribute; (b) follow campaign briefs and guidelines set by developers; (c) not engage in view manipulation, botting, or any form of artificial inflation of metrics; (d) not submit content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
5. Developer Obligations
Developers agree to: (a) fund campaigns before they go live; (b) provide accurate campaign details and fair compensation rates; (c) review creator applications and submissions in a timely manner; (d) not misrepresent their game or studio. Unspent campaign budgets are refunded upon campaign expiry per our refund policy.
6. Payments and Fees
ViralBlox charges a platform fee on developer funding: 25% on amounts up to $10,000, and 20% on amounts over $10,000. Creator earnings are calculated based on verified video views multiplied by the campaign CPM rate, subject to regional tier multipliers and per-creator payout caps. Creators may withdraw funds via PayPal once their available balance reaches $100. All payments are in USD.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their content. By submitting content to a campaign, creators grant ViralBlox and the campaign developer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reference the content for analytics, reporting, and promotional purposes. Developers retain all rights to their games, assets, and campaign materials.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not: (a) use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate views or engagement; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (d) attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems; (e) upload malware or harmful content; (f) violate any applicable laws or Roblox's Terms of Use.
9. Earnings Verification and Holds
All creator earnings are subject to a 48-hour verification hold before becoming available for withdrawal. ViralBlox uses third-party analytics services to verify video view counts. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings if fraudulent activity is detected.
10. Termination
ViralBlox may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, developers may receive refunds for unspent campaign funds. Creators forfeit unpaid earnings if termination is due to fraud or terms violation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ViralBlox does not guarantee specific results from campaigns, continuous or error-free service, or the accuracy of third-party analytics. We are not responsible for the actions or content of any user.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralBlox's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to or received from the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. ViralBlox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in the jurisdiction of the party initiating the claim.
